Manchester United’s upcoming match against Everton is shrouded in uncertainty as Matheus Cunha’s availability hangs in the balance. The Brazilian forward suffered a minor knock in training, raising doubts about his participation in Monday’s Premier League clash at Old Trafford.

Cunha’s injury has been described as a “minor knock,” but his absence would be a significant blow to Ruben Amorim’s side. The forward has been in strong form, scoring his first goal for the club in a 4-2 victory over Brighton & Hove Albion. Cunha’s versatility and creativity have been key to United’s recent resurgence, and his loss would leave Amorim scrambling for alternatives.
Benjamin Šeško, who joined United from RB Leipzig, is also out of action for “a few weeks” with a knee injury. The Slovenian striker’s absence adds to Amorim’s attacking woes, leaving Joshua Zirkzee as the only senior striker available.

Other injury concerns for United include Harry Maguire, who is out with a thigh injury, and Lisandro Martinez, who is edging closer to a return. Kobbie Mainoo, who missed the Spurs match with a knock, is a doubt for Monday’s game.
Everton, meanwhile, are without Merlin Rohl (hernia), Jarrad Branthwaite (thigh), and Nathan Patterson (groin). David Moyes’ side are looking to secure their first win at Old Trafford since 2013.
